If the windfarm will directly affect the right of way (e.g.. if the path will be blocked, or it will affect the safety of users) then this is a ground for objection to the development.
Contact ScotWays for help with a map of the area and the path marked, and we will check if we have it recorded as a right of way, or if it looks as if it may meet the conditions for being a right of way. If so, we will put in an objection too. However, we cannot object purely on aesthetic grounds, e.g. if it will affect the view from the path.
